Multiply by ( 15 + k ) on both sides of the equation , we get

-2 ( 15 + k ) / 19 = 2 - k

Multiply by 19 on both sides of the equation , we get

-30 - 2k = 38 - 19k

Adding 2k on both sides of the equation , we get

38 - 17k = -30

Subtracting 38 on both sides of the equation , we get

17k = 68

Divide by 17 on both sides of the equation , we get

k = 4

Hence , the value of k = 4
